Ordering & products
Do you sell screens or ship orders?
No. We do not sell products and we do not ship orders. We list offers from third-party merchants. Your purchase is completed on the merchant’s website.
Why do I see different prices for the same screen?
Prices can vary by seller, region, quality grade, warranty, and revision. Also, merchants may change price/stock at any time.
Are the products new or refurbished?
It depends on the merchant listing. Some parts are OEM/new, others are refurbished or aftermarket. Always read the offer description and warranty details on the seller’s page.
Compatibility
How do I make sure a display is compatible?
Use the full device model code (example: A2338, SM-G998B) and verify:
- Screen type (LCD / OLED)
- Size/diagonal
- Connector type and position
- Revision/version (if applicable)
What if I’m not sure about compatibility?
Search by the exact model code and compare multiple listings. If you still aren’t sure, contact us and include your model code + a link to the product you’re considering.
Why does a subcategory show 0 items?
Some subcategories may be new or not yet populated. Products might also exist only in deeper subcategories. Try using the search page and filters.
Images, links & tracking
Why is an image missing on a product card?
Some merchants block hotlinking or require a referrer. If an external image fails to load, we show a placeholder. We continuously improve image handling.
What happens when I click an offer?
You may be redirected through an affiliate tracking link and then to the merchant website. This helps us keep the catalog running.
Do affiliate links change the price I pay?
No. Affiliate links do not increase your price. We may earn a commission if you buy through our links.
